FREIGHTLEAK FORENSICS SUPPORT AND UPDATES POLICY
Effective date: April 25, 2026
1. INCLUDED SUPPORT
Each paid license includes reasonable email support for installation, activation,
and reproducible software bugs for 12 months from purchase unless your checkout
page or invoice states a different support period.
2. NOT INCLUDED
Support does not include done-for-you invoice audits, carrier dispute filing,
carrier negotiations, legal advice, accounting advice, custom CSV mapping for
every client, custom report design, data cleanup, integrations, remote desktop
sessions, training calls, emergency SLA, or building new features on request.
3. UPDATES
The seller may provide bug fixes, template improvements, or rule updates at its
discretion. Updates are not guaranteed forever. Carrier formats, carrier rules,
money-back guarantees, dispute windows, and operating systems may change.
4. PAID SERVICES AND ADD-ONS
Advanced support, managed audits, custom templates, bulk client onboarding,
priority response, new carrier support, automation, or major-version upgrades may
be sold separately. A lifetime license does not include those services for free.
5. RESPONSE TIMES
Support is best-effort unless a written enterprise agreement states otherwise.
No uptime, response-time, resolution-time, or refund-recovery SLA is included in
the standard license.
6. END OF SUPPORT
The seller may stop supporting old app versions, unsupported operating systems,
or obsolete carrier formats. Your perpetual license lets you keep using the
software version you purchased while it remains technically usable, but it does
not require indefinite support labor from the seller.
