1. 14-DAY REFUND WINDOW Unless the checkout page says otherwise, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After a refund is issued, your license may be revoked or deactivated. 2. EXCESSIVE USE AND ABUSE The seller may deny refund requests where the software has been used to process substantial commercial volume, where a user appears to be extracting the value of the tool and then refunding, or where fraud, chargeback abuse, license sharing, or prohibited use is suspected. 3. NO REFUND PROMISE FOR CARRIER DENIALS A carrier denial does not automatically make the software eligible for refund. The software provides recommendations and dispute preparation, not guaranteed carrier credits. 4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND Use the support or payment-contact method shown in your purchase receipt. Include your license key and purchase email. Refunds, if approved, go back to the original payment method when possible. 5. CHARGEBACKS Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unsupported chargebacks may be disputed and may result in license deactivation.
